I love this home, a great size for a small family and a good neighborhood. I title this one "Grow With Me", because it's a great home that the right family will love and grow in for many years.

College Hill: "The Slope"

 This one I call "The Slope" because of it's cute little slope sliding down the front exterior. This charming little tudor house in College Hill is up for grabs, and I have a feeling it wont be long! Check out the newly updated interior with perfect gray paint and white crisp wainscoting.

 Newly remolded but kept in the unique style of a retro bathroom. I love the white subway tile and the honeycomb floor.
