College Hill: "The Slope"

 This one I call "The Slope" because of it's cute little slope sliding down the front exterior. This charming little tudor house in College Hill is up for grabs, and I have a feeling it wont be long! Check out the newly updated interior with perfect gray paint and white crisp wainscoting.
 Arched doorways, because it can.

 Newly remolded but kept in the unique style of a retro bathroom. I love the white subway tile and the honeycomb floor.
 This fireplace is begging for a cool piece of artwork to show off.
Painted brick backsplash and newly updated appliances/countertops. 
 Who doesn't love a fireplace in their master bedroom?
